  Manager was good. Went to see where my deliver food order was. After numerous calls I did not get my correct order, so I went in person to resolve the issue. He too care of it and rectified the issues. Do not call if you had a delivery issue as the people answering the phones play games

  First of all I placed an order on the phone the girl was nice who answered the phone. I came into location and my food was not hot, there was older lady which was a manager or shift leader or something, she was rude and pretty much did not care about my food as long as she got my money. There was a girl at the counter who tried to help but the older lady was just flat out rude. I don’t understand how much this place went down. I been coming there for years. Well today was the last. I AM DONE. I will to be contacting the owner tomorrow since he was not there. If I need to write a review to the BBB or on social media I will. That lady is so rude. So for the counter girls. Disrespectful to them as will.

  Good food, good prices, friendly service. A little noisy with the large floor fan blowing. Would be nicer to close the door and use the AC.

  I enjoy eating here, but the younger employees rarely listen to your order so it’s a wild card on what you’ll be eating.

  Ordered 6:42. Food Arrived 8:11. Called twice to find out where it was. They told me it was out for delivery for over a half hour. I am 10 minutes away. The cheese-steak was cold. To the point the meat was nice and rubbery. The appetizer sampler was room temperature. 25 bucks down the drain.
